Agriculture
Within a local agricultural context students develop a practical and theoretical understanding of agriculture.
Students engage in learning about paddock to plate through the production of fruit and vegetables, value adding and marketing jams and various preserves.
Connecting to industry, networking and collaborating is encouraged and opportunities are regularly cultivated. Students are exposed to industry best practice whilst developing transferable skills within the agricultural industry, resulting in the development of critical and creative thinking skills. A highlight is students preparing and showing various animals at the Royal Adelaide Show.
